Diet and Exercise

Hello new body! It's day three of the diet&exercise-fest.

Day 1- 10 am morning run with a grand total of 900 kcals in a day.
Day 2- 10 am morning run with a similar total cal intake. Grocery shopping for low fat, low cal foods and women's health, featuring a 31 day weight loss program.
Day 3- Running in the morning and cooking makes me feel independant. I make crysanthenum tea and herbal chicken and at this time (1.34 pm), I'm clocking in a 300 kCal intake. Not half bad. The magazine is awesome for information too. I should get onto my report. I've lost a total of 700g.
